Welcome to SN Drop Taxi Cabs. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or customer support number.
• Confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, or phone call.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking under unavoidable circumstances.

2. Fare and Payment

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, tolls, and applicable taxes.
• Customers are responsible for parking, toll, and interstate permit charges (if applicable).
• Full payment must be made in cash, UPI, or card to the driver or online, as available.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup are free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Smoking, drinking, or illegal activity inside the cab is strictly prohibited.

5. Driver Conduct

• All SN Drop Taxi drivers are trained and expected to be courteous and professional.
• If you face any issues with a driver, please report it to us immediately.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or other unforeseen events.
• We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of personal items left in the cab.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
